This place is clean with efficient staff and has a wonderful location close to the motorway.

Basic but clean and close to airport

A bit hard to find for the first time No air-conditioning, but wasn't a problem when we stayed

We only stayed 1 night to be close to airport. We were sent to restaurant on Saturday to find it was closed. We went across the road to the Kyriad Hotel Restaurant and had an excellent meal. We had spent 30 minutes walking looking for the restaurant recommended by the receptionist. This was our only complaint.

I enjoyed my stay here because it offered great value and was conveniently located near a big shopping center, with delicious food options available.

Breakfast was good and quite affordable. The staff were very friendly.

I was aware there was no air conditioning and was expecting to sleep with the wondows open. However, when we had the window open at night, the lights on the hotel were so bright ( at night), it was difficult to sleep. The wall beside my sink in the bathroom was quite dirty.

This is a well run family business, very close to the airport, but yet very quiet at nighttime to offer a relaxing sleep. The breakfast is fabulous for its price and the evening meal outdoors was very enjoyable and good value for money. Definitely a pleasant surprise for its location and very convenient for departing beautiful Carcassonne.

The king room I had was well-equipped with nice bathroom amenities.

I had a really comfortable experience and would love to go back. The breakfast had lots of excellent food and drinks. Everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless a few employees were creepy. The location was excellent: a shopping mall and a big shopping mall were within walking distance.

We were made to feel very comfortable. The staff were excellent, the food was superb, and the whole experience was very relaxed.

loved the family feel and charming owner, with a homely atmosphere, books, and art in the lobby. Great breakfast, free wifi, and quiet room with secure cycle storage. Very friendly staff and good parking location. Would stay again.

The check-in staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Free WiFi is available. There is a very nice restaurant offering a good selection of food. The buffet breakfast is good value.

No A/C. Fans are provided but in high summer these are not really enough. The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre. You really need a car.

The WiFi connection was good and the staff was friendly. the free television was a nice bonus. the location was convenient for the airport and there was a mall with a McDonald's nearby which was handy.

The room was outdated and worn, not like the pictures online. the bathroom had mold stains and the sink was cracked.

thoroughly enjoyed how the comfy king room with good bathroom facilities was arranged when we arrived. plus we had central heating, a work desk, and a tv set.
